Rahul I can'T still open tags-for-anspress.pot file with Poedit. Any solution? Please support me .po file

Sorry since I am not an expert just a user. Notification like in this page. How it is added?  Perhaps by Theme but if set by the plugin only I want to use it.

Some words are not wrapped in _e functions so they cannot be translated. I hope!

I got it thanks then the only question is how to set labels from forentend as I show at the image I cen see the labels on the question, I choose one or many... and clck "Done" but they are not checked...

Labels can not beassigned to a question from frontend but from wp-admin I can assign. Sorry but I couldn’t see any allowing item on setup. Besides I can’T see even here to set a label to this question....
