I have the anspress plugin at my site and I get fidback form my customers that they cannot write questions they get a notice that say "you don't have permision to ask question" I set the setting to everyone...

I'm using the plugin and the help tab is not open although I have a page for that and I set it in the setting page of the plugin. what could be the problem and how to solve it? thank you

I'm using a RTL site (hebrew) and the avatar image is cover the text in the question and answer area. I want to remove it complitly or to change the side of it to the left. by the way I saw someone translate...

The RTL and hebrew didn't got final answer only that it is in work 3 month ago. and I didn't find anything about removing the avater image.
