You can edit in: wp-content/plugins/anspress-question-answer/theme/default/login-signup.php

Must create a page, and edit there the text you want to show. Than go to Options > General > Question help page, and select the page you created. Save ; )

My 'How to answer' field is empty too... and cannot find where to edit : / Anyone can suggest please? Thank you
