Reputations

Right now I see 'WordPress' as the sender. How do I change who the sender is? For example, when I am subscribed to a question here, I see the sender as ‘Anspress Team’.   Thanks!

Can a user add links to their profile page? For example a URL link to their website, other web pages, etc. Somewhere in the description area I think would be best.

By default when the user clicks her page she sees a list of Questions she is subscribed to. How can I change this to show Categories by default instead?
