Do you have a specific reco for tracking user actions/behaviours in a wordpress website?

I am using the AnsPress Forum plugin and I'd like to be able to track when users sign up, upvote, post Qs, post As, reply, etc. What is the best way to do this? Can GA be customized to track these...
