We are been waiting from last one year for this reputation and points system functionally with anspress. Developers got busy after their promise.  hopefully it would come out atlist with version 4.0.

Their are sorting options above question page. you can use those to  filter questions at fronted - default sorting is "active" & for answers you can adjust filters part in setting from dashboard that...

      please fix above two issues....
