I’ve got my installation working fine except when I turn on the Buddypress integration. Once, activated, clicking on the profile links lead to page not found error.
I’m not a developer and would appreciate any help on how to fix this. Thanks
I’m not able to enable to eliminate Common or stop words from the slug. “AnsPress will not strip stop words in question slug.” I unchecked this option in the options page.
I’ve searched and read a few threads about full width AnsPress Pages, however, for whatever reason the Question Category pages are still not wanting to show full width.
The ‘Archive Page’ (Base Page) is https://woocamp.com/questions/ and of course that page is set to be full width.
Here is the https://prnt.sc/lvul3l AnsPress ‘Categories Page’ https://woocamp.com/categories/ which is also set to full width.
I saw another thread where you mentioned to make sure that the single question page was set to full width. So, I did go ahead and double check & yes, that page is set to full width as well. https://woocamp.com/questions/ask/
Actually, every one of the AnsPress pages have the Full Width toggle selected in WPAstra.
What’s odd is that each and every one of the AnsPress pages seems to be accepting the full width page template *EXCEPT* for the pages where we are hoping to segment the users questions into appropriate categories…. like these:

I’m just absolutely baffled as to why these individual question category pages continually keep getting a sidebar add to them no matter what I seem to do.

I’ve recently updated the plugin and [question id=”9916″] shortcode stopped working. It just shows a blank space right now instead of a question. Is it just me? Or it stopped working for everyone else? What could be the reason?

This issue occur if you have Layer Slider installed and Anspress Installed with the option quick tag editor disabled for comment and answer. The steps to reproduce are:
1- Go to any question;
2- Click in the “write your answer”
3- The editor will not be loaded and a java error will appear in the developer console

Today while trying to install AnsPress I noticed an uncommon issue when I try to comment an answer. This seems to be related someway with WC Email Verification (https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/woo-confirmation-email/) what is a bit weird considering that both plugins have different objetives.
Steps to Reproduce
1- Is necessary that both plugins are installed in same website, this will require also that woocommerce installed.
2- Go to any question and click in “write your answer”. After click and the editor being loaded click on add a comment. The form for comment will not be loaded and a message will appear in the website:

This issue only happen if you click first in the answer field area and after click in add a comment. If you click in add a comment before click and load the answer editor this issue will not happens.
