Hi Rahul, no comment on this issue? For me it seems that AnsPress overrides the basic WordPress discussion settings and that’s why I get comment spam in normal blog posts. Or is it just a misconfiguration in my setup? If it is an AnsPress issue, can we expect a bugfix for that? I would be glad to hear from you. Best regards Manuel

I believe so. In WP permalnks is set to “Post Name”

is post permalink is enabled in your site ?

Simply open anspress.php, and change this: define('AP_DB_VERSION', '10'); to define('AP_DB_VERSION', '0'); and then deactivate anspress and again activate.

its because wp_ap_meta table does not exist. try reinstalling and your issue will be solved.

Thanks Rahul, I am using a theme from appstheme. “Project” menu is the part of this theme, both are conflicting as you told. I spoke to theme provider they told me to discuss with plugin developer.
