I think some of your questions are not public, i mean trashed, private etc. Only published are count yet.

ANSPRESS_PAGE_URL_CATEGORY is for single category page, shows list of questions of a category. ANSPRESS_PAGE_URL_CATEGORIES is for categories page, shows all categories of questions.

What error log says ? Show me the error from error log. Also did you tried saving your AnsPress option once ?
