That page was removed from AnsPress long ago due to people complaining that it shows all users login name in. If you want you have to code that your self or you can look into previous version of AnsPress here: https://github.com/anspress/anspress/blob/2.4.7/theme/default/users/users.php

I believe you set this in your permalinks settings of the plugin. So the pagename of the question would be /whatsetaspermalink/questiontitle
