I want to give users points for different tasks they complete on my site. How do I add a new method (eg. When someone adds uploads a photo for a competition)

I have now two categories
one: http://ANSPRESS_PAGE_URL_CATEGORY
and a second : http://ANSPRESS_PAGE_URL_CATEGORIES

May create a better permission system, that could work as following:
– User needs more than 50 reps to down-/upvote a question
– User needs 75 reps to flag a question etc…

Just a self-moderation system
After adding a question, it then tries to go to the question page (i.e. http://<domain>/wp/question/my-question/
It saves it fine. Just the reference page is not found.
