This has been fixed and pushed to GitHub

Its shown in reputation page. We are working on improved user activity, history and notification for 2.4. Also user reputation on vote up and down and its not good to show user who down voted. If this happens then a user who received a down vote will down vote a user who voted down on their post.

This has been fixed, download from github repo.

It was removed from core to keep AnsPress simple. This will be released as an extension, so that only interested people can install it.

This is a major feature for upcoming version of AnsPress. Its partially added to adn you can get latest version from github. After that you can use a role editor plugin and remove ap_new_question capability from a role and you are done.
