Rahul states this is a problem with the wordpress core and not Anspress as my site has the same issue (nursingnotes.co.uk)

You can change your default image but you cant change your default cover image on wordpress admin board, follow this path /wp-content/plugins/anspress/theme/default/images then add your cover images, done!

Try following: open wp_ap_subscribers table find subs_id 0 and change it to biggest number there is +1 change subs_id: default: none, auto_increment set http://4.stefantsov.com/s/?2015.12.14_17.43.20_g3itldk2.png now following works fine, right?

Edit default ap.pot and save as ap-en_US.po using poedit.
