even though I upload an image to the category, instead if using an icon, the little black icon with folder still shows up. my images are not showing up in the sidebar widget. any help would be nice !!!
Want to displat all Q & A on one page, all questions and answers visible….
I am installing your plugin on a medical website that specializes in medical cannabis. For the most part, it will be set up as a normal Q&A for things like strain choices for particular symptoms or whatever they need to chat about. But I would like one section that is an “Ask the Expert”. I want to make sure the responses can only come from a medical professional. I am not sure it would be legal to solicit medical advice from other patients on an actual medical website.
I wanted to renew my license key but the payment system does not work. The page does not change to checkout.
I am teting the plugin, as an admin, and when I go to answer a question from another user I get an error. “You do not have permission to answer this question.”
any clue to why this is happeneing?
My sit eis locked down, you have to be logged in to access it.

I just installed the current version of anspress.
I have a problem: the backslash \ used in latex code are delted in the comments (something that doesn’t happen in the questions). This is an example:
If I send :
\frac{x}{y} + \sum_{k=1}^n a_k
it becomes:
frac{x}{y} + sum_{k=1}^n a_k
that is to say without the backslashes.

Hey there, for some reason when I enter something into the search bar on Anspress, it doesn’t work.
The search function will bring up related blog posts etc, but no questions or answers are returned.

So I have been having a few issues on my site in terms of page speed, so I thought would move Anspress to a subdomain. But I have had Anspress installed for about a year now, and I wouldn’t want to lose all that data. Any way I can transfer it to the new site? And if so, how do I do this?

PS: For the past 6 months, I believe, the “Answer” section has not worked. Users would have to answer questions by posting comments instead. I have posted here asking for assistance but have been ignored. Any suggestions?
