Hello, This issue was previously reported by some users but we were not able to replicate it on our end. Some people reported that this is due to Yoast SEO plugin. If you want us to investigate this issue then I will request you to create a staging site and then give us access to that for debugging. Cheers!

Hello Brian, You can use categories or tags for that purpose. But if you are thinking about separate instance with data isolation between the the instances then that’s not possible in a single site. You have to enable multi-site or have to install in new site. But you can visually create sets of q/a using category with some adjustment in template.  If you are interested you can get in touch with us for customization service. Thanks
