Why don’t you use Anspress breadcrumbs that seem to work fine ?   (fine, apart from the fact that they show a truncated title/url for long titles)

Anspress 3 is in a1 stage. Don’t expect to use it without problems. Actually it is not for a production site. No questions are “ignored” as you say. You should wait.
