I have no inside information or anything but if a plugin is in Alpha state it means that new things are added. After Alpha 2 and maybe an A3, there will be for sure a Beta version (just for fixing things) and then a release.

Widget Context is not hiding question stat on selected pages. did you create seperate page with shortcode to apply widget settings ?

This works great:   Widget Context   Filter (or allow) by URL. That works with Anspress.
