I solved this problem. This happened because after I purchased the theme, I downloaded the plugin again, which is why it was not recognized. I downloaded the theme properly and it works with WP.com, I will work on it and give feedback as necessary. Thanks for making this theme!

Hello, Default height is 150px but you can set any custom height in wp-admin->AnsPress->addons->category.

Hello, Questions is not a page but a archive. To edit questions sidebar, you’ll have to create a template file called archive-question.php. Cheers.
