Hello, This is happening because some plugins using var_dump or print_r. Please try disable all plugin one by one. Same problem was posted few days ago and it was solved by disabling a plugin which was causing this.

Yes Anspress 4.0 Compatible with Askbug and you can use it to create new ones. If you have a site that is live, do not use it until you publish it on anspress wp.org.
