Hello, Did you run AnsPress upgrader? Also update AskBug to latest version manually if required. Automatica update for older version of AskBug has been disabled.

we use askbug 1.4 and anspress 4.0.5 . does it cause problem obviously ? if we upgrade askbug template to version 3 does it solve ? Thank you for your responding .

No, I’m using Pressable.
There is no problem with translation, all strings are present in po and pot file. Just make sure to not make a string as Need work or fuzzy.
