Hello, Since release of AnsPress 4.x, I have disabled automatic AskBug update for old version sites. Once you update AnsPress, you’ll be able to update theme automatically. Also make sure to keep your changes in child-theme instead of main theme.

Hello, Anspress have only one page shortcode [anspress]. AnsPress will render all pages using the sortcode.

Hello, For editing category title you have to check anspress settings -> addons -> categories. In categories page AnsPress do not count for subcategory questions. this functionality is inherited from WordPress.
