After entering notification there is that error: “Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ” not found or invalid function name in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/anspress-question-answer/includes/theme.php on line 290″

Hello Adrien, I dont think WordPress does auto updates of plugins/themes. I suspect it is done by a plugin or your hosting provider. Please ask your hosting provider about it or check for the plugin doing this.
