we bought askbug 3.0.5 licence and also we have version 1 of this theme now with our customizations we want to upgrade theme to 3.0.5 automatically through wordpress update theme . but we give an error that the package for auto update doesnt exist .
at the the end we want to upgrade this theme without problem and although keep our css changes. please help .

After we discovered that all questions/answers were gone on our website, we went to the admin in WP. WP said the Anspress database was not updated, with a button to update manually. So I did and all questions/answers reappeared, but all views were resetted to 0. Is there a way to recover these stats also? Thanks in advance!

I have a big problem with my website. I ordered a new license for my AnsPress Theme and I already paid it, but it didn’t work really. The next problem is, that my Theme is no longer correct. All my views and answers are gone. You can see them on the Dashboard but not on the website. I hope someone can help me!
