Hi! I also found that problem when updating, it turns out that its a random anspress configuration that makes the admin bar always visible. You can remove it by going into the anspress Settings -> User Access Control -> Other Permissions and disabling the “Show admin bar” option.
Even when make the branches (parent child) in backend, In the frontend all are in same level, no parent child mode in frontend!
Hi there, It seems like this issue might not be directly related to the plugin. Would you be available for a brief call to help us determine whether it’s stemming from AnsPress or another source? Alternatively, if you have a staging site, granting us temporary access could also assist in diagnosing the issue. Please feel free to respond to me at [email protected].

Hey JH, It’s been a bit quiet, but we’ve been working behind the scenes on a large update that has just been released for both AnsPress and AskBug, and we’ll be releasing updates more regularly moving forward. You can read more at the links below: https://anspress.net/blog/anspress-update-annoucement/ https://anspress.net/blog/anspress-4-4-0/ https://anspress.net/blog/askbug-update-version-3-3-0/ Thanks so much! Cheers, Dan
Only registered users have permission to see questions, while unregistered users cannot. That’s why!
You should deactivate all other plugins except Anspress and see if the editor loads correctly. If it does, then reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugins.
How do we get it, even if we know it’s in Post Meta? Would you kindly assist us with this? https://anspress.net/questions/question/custom-fields-made-where-is-my-data-stored-and-how-to-retrieve-it/ slice master
