Hello Ridan, Its coming from your theme. Please make sure to read AnsPress 4.1.0 release notes. AnsPress is loading single.php from your theme you can override it by copying it to a new file single-questions.php and then remove the HTML tag which is adding that blue thing.
This is not the way to ask for help. Clicking on “Set Up Automatically” creates only pages and there is nothing that that can cause harm to your site as you said. There are lots of alternatives available for anspress give them a try. Thanks for trying AnsPress.
I clicked on the “Set Automatically” link in an error message in AnsPress settings and somehow the issue seems to have resolved itself. Error message was this one: One or more AnsPress page(s) does not exists. Set automatically Or Set set by yourself I am going to re-iterate my earlier comments about AnsPress: it is a very sensitive plugin that sometimes starts not working, and you have to watch it/check on it regularly because of its hyper-sensitivity to other plugins and such. At some level, the effort is not worth the trouble.

The latest version of Anspress breaks stuffs on my site too. Apparently, I have to create all the required pages for Anspress with [anspress] shortcode and reassign them in Anspress options settings.
