Is it possible to have top users in core AnsPress Widget and allow users to subscribe to those users without having to buy the AnsBug theme?

I want the functions of displaying Top Users simply through the plugin. I am using a different theme which suits the necessities of my website. I can make out that it is not possible to show a list of Top Users without purchasing the AskBug theme. I just want to know whether it is possible to add that function in the AnsPress plugin or not.

Also, I want to know whether it is possible to allow users to subscribe to top users without the need of purchasing AnsBug theme or not.
